🗓️ DAY 1 — WELCOME TO ALBANIA & TIRANA CITY WALK

Your Balkan adventure starts with an included airport pick-up in Tirana, transferring you comfortably to your hotel.

Settle in and refresh before stepping out to discover the vibrant capital. Join a guided walking tour through the dynamic city center, taking in Skanderbeg Square, the historic Et’hem Bey Mosque, the iconic Tirana Pyramid and the lively Blloku district.

🏔️ DAY 2 — TIRANA → SHKODËR → KELMENDI → LEPUSHË VILLAGE

🏰 Into the Northern Wilderness

Leave the city behind and travel towards Kelmendi in Albania’s far north, where dramatic forest slopes and green pastures rise high into the clouds.

Stop in Shkodër for a guided exploration of the legendary Rozafa Fortress, taking in breathtaking 360-degree views over Lake Skadar and the surrounding rivers.

Arrive at your alpine guesthouse in Lepushë Village. Discover the local waterfall, inspect the historic stone mill and stretch your legs on short village trails.

In the evening, gather for a delicious, homemade traditional mountain dinner cooked by your hosts.

⛰️ DAY 3 — VAJUSHA PEAK & GREBAJE VALLEY (MONTENEGRO)

Power up with a hearty breakfast, pack your picnic lunch and hit the trails towards Vajusha Peak through the ancient forests of Dobku Mountain.

Reach the summit for a spectacular picnic lunch surrounded by the jagged, dramatic rim of the Accursed Mountains.

🚗 VALLEY TRANSFER TO VUSANJE

Descend into the stunning Grebaje Valley in Montenegro's Prokletije National Park, hopping on local transportation to reach the quiet mountain village of Vusanje (Vuthaj).

Celebrate your successful border-crossing hike with dinner, mountain views and a cozy night in a traditional guesthouse.

🦅 DAY 4 — SECRET BORDER PASSES: VUSANJE TO THETH VIA PEJA PASS

Drive through Grebaje Valley to the trailhead and begin one of the most iconic transfer hikes in the Balkans, traversing the craggiest limestone landscapes of Prokletije.

Walk past Cold War military posts, concrete bunkers and historic border pyramids — a fascinating window into the region’s once-forbidden Communist history.

🏡 ARRIVAL IN THETH

Finish your trek descending into the fairytale valley of Theth, greeted by traditional stone tower houses (Kulla) framed by sheer vertical cliffs.

Settle into your guesthouse for a well-earned dinner and two restful nights in the heart of the national park.

💧 DAY 5 — NATURAL WONDERS OF THETH NATIONAL PARK

💦 Waterfalls, Natural Pools & Sacred Heritage

Spend a full day immersing yourself in the magical natural and cultural heritage of Theth.

Trek to the roaring Theth Waterfall and canyon.

Take a cold, invigorating dip in the Natural Pools.

Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch at the legendary, vibrant Blue Eye of Theth.

🏛️ CENTURIES OF TRADITION

In the afternoon, explore the village center, visiting the 400-year-old Lock-in Tower (Kulla e Ngujimit) — historically used for blood feud reconciliations — and the iconically preserved 100-year-old Theth Church.

Return to your guesthouse for another feast of local mountain delicacies.

🏞️ DAY 6 — THE FAMOUS THETH TO VALBONË PASS

Set off on the region's quintessential mountain traverse over the Valbonë Pass.

This well-maintained trail offers endless photo opportunities, panoramic viewpoints over both valleys and unforgettable alpine scenery.

⛴️ DAY 7 — VALBONË VALLEY → KOMAN LAKE FJORD BOAT RIDE → TIRANA

🌊 Sailing the Emerald Waters

Enjoy a peaceful morning in Valbonë, exploring the traditional hamlet of Kukaj or taking in the crisp mountain air.

Transfer to Fierza Dam and board a scenic boat ride across Koman Lake, often called one of the most stunning water passages in Europe. Drift past massive vertical cliffs, dramatic gorges and vivid green hills.

🏙️ RETURN TO TIRANA

Upon reaching the dam, transfer back to Tirana for your final evening in Albania. Check into your hotel and enjoy a celebratory night reflecting on an incredible week in the wild.
